Return Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original condition
- Damaged goods require clear photos as proof
Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized custom products and clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
